Once the ground work is done there will be a lot of (industry) eyes on PCTL.

Inside joke about National Oilwell Varco is the acronym NOV actually means No Other Vendor. If you look at the history of that company, they damned near cornered the market for offshore equipment and service by continually buying up the smaller equipment and service companies.

So yes, very possible a larger oilfield company could make a play for the O&G part of PCTL once the groundwork is done.
