I seriously doubt Berges life long goal here is to fleece shareholders and line his pockets. The business itself is generational and I believe he's gearing up for a new chapter that'll put his family name on the map.

So many disgruntled shareholders here blinded by past businesses practices because their investments didn't provide instant gratification. The time for "change" is now, and it might just put a few dollars in "your" pockets.
