I agree with you
Number one problem with OTC stocks is the share structure and continuous issuance of shares diluting existing share holders.
It is number one reason in my view that these stocks are not being invested in long term by big money. Most of the time, OTC companies and management issue shares as compensation to benefit themselves and get rich at the expense of existing share holders. Once the shares have been diluted to AS, they have to either increase the AS and continue the dilution or do a RS which crashes the stock price and causes continuation of downward trend.
