Pennexx so far has had pretty controlled dilution going on. It's good to see someone is paying attention to it. Definitely not your typical otc company. The float here is still very shareholder friendly,at just over 20 million. Also nice to see there's a investor backing them. They must see the potential here once this gets up fully operational.
