I cannot say what's been found with ARS, but lets suppose that their are 3 major issues that must be resolved with ARS. If one or two of them were resolved by PSTI, perhaps other technologies can deal with the issues that ours don't handle. Many diseases require a multi-pronged approach, do you really know that we're not resolving part of the problem.
