And repeated for your eyes only...... this whole mess (yes MESS) is on Hovendick and Caywood. When settled...... this merger will go through.

Has NOTHING to do with Frank/Alpharidge or VeeMost. This cluster puck has to do with two individuals who obviously deserved one another. Nothing more, nothing less.

If merger is postponed to the point where it may impact the merger shareholders should consider a class action against Hovendick, possibly Caywood.

This whole mess is NONSENSE.
