Icon Media Holdings Inc (ICNM)

Well they certainly have the name that David Chong would want if that were truly his plan - Icon Media Holdings? Maybe that was the big appeal of merging here. So what does all of this mean - that ICNM would absorb these other companies - when we thought it might be that they get absorbed by someone else? It might make sense - in the LOI it talked about ICNM purchasing 100% of shares of (blank), and (blank) would be wholly-owned subsidiary of ICNM.

It this is a holding company, possibly in cryto/NFT/metaverse etc...is it possible we'd see more LOIs with other companies?
