I don’t understand why people cannot follow what is written in a legal contract that cannot be changed without the terms within a legal contract.

FACT
JPS have no votings rights!
JPS have Par contract and this cannot be changed without voting on by shareholders to the terms on the Legal contracts.
JPS are above commons in any buyout or receivership

No Dividends will be turned on until out of conservatorship and all law suits settled !!
