Also, in my opinion, I have a feeling some of this mess has to do with 2nd incorporated entity that was formed in DE on 4/13/2020 (File # 7934224). I recall either Ben or TDS stating that this was done incorrectly and they should have stayed with the first CLST Holdings, Inc. (formed 4/1/1993 with an entity or file number 2331328). These can be verified by doing a DE corporation search.

They both have the same entity name (CLST Holdings, Inc.) but different numbers. I need to go back through my notes from 2020. Does anyone else remember how this went down?
