When you look at the NNRX Security Details page, take note of the following.
Unrestricted Shares count is: 10,647,507,905
FLOAT IS: 5,733,547,268 and Restricted Shares: 180,269,140

The 80+ mil in new additional restricted shares I am assuming went to Geoff Bazegian.

This leaves 4,733,691,497 billion that is either held long term by The Plant or tided up in loans and not being traded. Since it appears that NNRX is starting to pay down it's loans that leaves The Plant or a silent beneficiary Something is defiantly happening and we will know when it is settled in the near future. Like others here I’m holding till the “cow’s come home” as the saying goes.
