$ALKN I have not been able to obtain the necessary shareholder records to be able to bring current or complete any corp actions. I have instructed my attorney to discharge the custodianship.

I did let the old debt holder/officers know that if they were able to obtain the records I would potentially help to bring current. They are still looking through old physical records to try to find them.
