If someone can give me a good reason why Hovendick will screw up this deal I’m all ears.

He’s been sitting on $1.5 million dollars of worthless shares for 4’years now. He’s not getting this she’ll back
Cause it’s been ruled on by the courts. Only hope he has of getting money if for Jpex merger going through because former ceo who issued shares has filed for bankruptcy and never even delivered the original scorpex shares in which the Jpex shares stemmed from. Hovendick wants this merger to go through worse than anyone. Who else has $1.5 million riding on it. If he screws this up he will never be able to get that money back
