• Served as COO and Director of Torchlight Energy (3+ years), and had it listed on the NASDAQ listed oil and gas E&P company. Ended being a $1 billion market cap company
• Ownership experience spanning prospect acquisitions to drilling, operating and/or re-completion of hundreds of wells and owned two pipelines each over 100+ miles
• Attended Louisiana State University
• Served honorably in the United States Marines Corps
• Member of the OTCQX Advisory Council

1990 until founding Xtreme, Mr. McAndrew acted as strategic consultant and was responsible for the structure, formation and marketing of partnerships and joint-venture energy financings.
