Some say TA is all there is. Buying bottoms off oversold stocks can lead to ten fold++ gains.

Those who got in years ago at sub penny prices, had a chance to sell at .35+.

4000% upside comes with risk for sure. But this stuff goes both ways.

Contrarians buy when "everyone" else is selling ... or bashing the stock, ceo, etc.
