For some folks there's never a normal up and down market movement of this stock. When the pps goes up, for them it's always due to a pump from some mythical nefarious actors. When the pps goes down, it's always those same actors dumping. But they never identify the people behind it. They just claim, without proof, that management is behind it, even though the company is required to publicly report all management stock transactions to the SEC & FINRA.

I suspect the recent pps move is due to the fact that 3FQ22 financials are due this Thursday. With an extension it could be delayed until Tuesday March 22.
