It makes no sense which is why they have no intention and canceled the one they had last year. The O/S is healthy for a company that is being as aggressive as LCLP is. The company got their money from a reg 1-a instead of RS. Even if they were to sell more shares and increase the shares by 1 billion which is the worst-case scenario. They still have a healthy O/S for a company in their situation.
