They have a poison pill and the hedge funds control (or used to) control over 90% of the outstanding shares. That's why I say the move would have to be creative.

Those hedge funds sold into strength every chance they got and drove the PPS down to next to nothing. Whitebox Advisors sold 7 million shares at .93 last week after the move up. Let's hope they got caught being too cute here but I suspect they have other plans so a buyer would have to be aggressive.
