As of November 16, 2021, they had 19M shares. Now there is 59M shares. 40M added in 4 months. Crazy dilution. Also, brick wall right at 0.01! Leonite dilution of $1.3M =130M shares per the last PR. Yep, this will have an extremely hard time for any bounce. It will have to bounce 10x to reach 0.05. Reg 1-A is useless now. Not sure why they even still have it when they are relying on convertible debt now.
