This one is a tough one to figure out Tiger. Assets and SUPPER LOW FLOAT alone would make anyone question why this is under $20 dollars!!!

But this is not the first time for heavy accumulation that led to no where! Fortunately that heavy accumulation was at current prices and would not suggest bag holders willing to let go of their shares. I realize that OTC stocks trade at higher prices but these idiots in control of the shares who work for the company seem to me to be the most stupid people on the face of the planet for not moving onto the big boards already!
