Excellent points, across the board, greencandle.

From your post:

"They couldn't counter punch so to speak and deliver on anything?"
"The Chinese covid testing thing?"
"Even the attack you mention wasn't handled properly."

All of your questions and points are legitimate and reasonable. And each and every one point to sub bar managerial decisions, which is why the company has failed. I'm no CEO, but I would have handled things so very differently. And I definitely would have taken the fight to the enemy.

"And I really question any major pharmaceutical company, let alone multiple companies, would pay that much attention to some rinky dink pink sheet stem cell company."

You just answered your own question. That's exactly correct. Major pharmaceutical companies would not pay attention to some 'rinky dink pink sheet stem cell company'. So for them to come after PRED, and come after them hard, implies there was a lot more there than most were aware of.

"Do you really think an attack by 'bad actors' in the pharmaceutical industry would carry that much weight with the likes of Sorentino, thermo, the board members including senator hatch at the time, and every other heavy weight purportedly involved with the company?"

I don't think it, greencandle. I know it. I even know how much they paid to have PRED taken down, and no, I won't say. But it wasn't chump change. It was enough to have major players from around the world coordinate, and literally have zero risk in destroying PRED, while making an insane amount of money, and yes, undoing millions of dollars of market cap. (This has already been discussed, with the specific countries that were involved being mentioned on this board.) Most of you probably glossed over that kind of post, thinking, 'where's the proof'?! But there are only a handful of credible posters with actual knowledge on this board, and everyone has to try and figure out who they are. I'll give you a hint. They aren't the ones with 3,000 posts, screaming the sky is falling, long after PRED has been beaten into submission.

I've had more than a few 'wolves in sheep's clothing' contact me privately to try and find out how I fit into this and what I really know. These people do not mess around. They have an agenda, and they are ruthless, and they are very good at what they do. Morality and ethics don't exist for many in this world. They don't play with a rulebook. The ends justify the means.

"...there's always some vague ominous thing going on in the background we're supposed to put faith into..."

Nobody asking you or anyone else to put faith in anything we're posting. If I were in your shoes, I wouldn't. In fact, I'd probably be more pessimistic than you. And you're pretty pessimistic!

But, I happen to know considerably more than the average poster on this board. I'm not sure if that's a blessing or a curse at this point. It's been a long, long road.

One final thought. Why has it taken so long for this supposed alternate path to be utilized to 'save the day'? My guess is because current management had to become desperate enough, after all of their failed attempts to 'right the ship'. Once complete failure became inescapable, it softened up management to accept help, including making difficult decisions that I'm guessing won't be good for them (career wise as well as stock wise) in the long run. I guess we'll see.

Or who knows. Maybe I'm full of it. Maybe I'm trying to trick the last few remaining longs into buying more, and push the stock price up a penny or two. Oh no, wait. We can't buy stock shares anymore.
So much for that theory.

(This is my last post of the day.)
