He denied a connection between ICNM and MWJL/ICOA, specifically. I don't know if that's a distinction without a difference, or if there are other companies that David Chong represents that could be part of the ICNM deal. It sounded like people might have been dumping ICOA shares to come here, and he would need to protect ICOA, regardless of whether he has another company linked to ICNM (which he probably wouldn't want to talk about yet, anyway)
