Because retail rarely puts up iceberg orders 2 cents below any other ask for weeks without even showing any will to move after it get's hit. That's pure insanity what we are seeing and the guy is impossible to be taken out. No retail even has this many shares, it goes on for weeks now. Maybe it's this TruePharma then.
