Exactly as you’ve said it…same with my company….
1. Special “investors” came in
2. Debt cleared
3. Restructuring of management
4. Special stock options and EPPs in place
5. Some new “inside” experts brought in
6. Management extremely top secret with not many comms
7. Top secret meetings
8. And then BOOM!
9. Deal was announced and employees woke up to a morning announcement in their emails
10. SP immediately converted from Pennie’s to multi-dollars.

This scenario/happenings with GMER are looking to be very similar!
