the sad thing is a lot of traders base their decisions on buy/sell....based on info on OTC website..........most of the time the data is out- dated by days but most of the time several weeks

even right now they still list the O S at 34.9 mill dated feb 11

why would anyone trust that .....while the stock is trading over a hundred million , and some days much more than that

OTC is only good when the O S has a recent date next to it!
