Not good. Sets a precedence thats not favorable for those who want Hovendick gone. Caywood left the door open… not closed. Judgement issued in favor of Hovendick.

He won in the past where the exact same Type Of case happened. His Lawyer already has a road map. Against Caywood specifically no less! And that Road leads to a ruined JPEX with no Veemost and Hovendick with more shares to flood the market, then the market will ever buy, or ever have a reason to buy.

Not good at all.

Im really glad I got out, even with a loss. Way to much risk now. Especially with Hovendick already beating, handsomely i might add, Caywood.

Tread very carefully. 50% drops overnight will look like a pleasure ride here soon.
