I feel that the FDIC and Government should be sued to repay investors. They designated an Interim CEO who stripped the bank of its most valuable assets and then sold them to his former employer (Big Conflict of Interest supported by the FDIC)....misleading investors that a sound recovery plan was underway....adn then only when all good assets were sold off did they decide to close the bank sacrificing investors only to cover themselves and depositors....this was Government sponsored fraud. Any Yays?
