Spectrum Pharmaceutecals Inc (SPPI)

I'm staying w NWBO till ASCO before I make a major decision. Hopefully, between now and ASCO (early June), NWBO will have released TLD, and the results are good/great, and I'd be able to sell some shares and buy some SPPI w that. But even if NWBO shot up tomorrow, I think I would wait till SPPIs Quarterly meeting to hear about their plans, and finances, before making a decision. I assume SPPIs share price remains low because the sharks can smell a financing and are slapping the shares silly. The quarterly CC should tell us if that's one reason for the low price.
