I have done some dd. It seems etrade, schwab, fidelity, robinhood, etc. won't allow you deposit shares in REG A offering s debt conversions, s1, or s8 shares.
So, where to the buyers of REG A shares, debt conversions, etc go to deposit shares?
(if I'm wrong, please let me know)

My preliminary dd for accounts that do seem to have crazy fees.
As high as 40 to 50 % after maintenance and fees.
Now, I don't know if this is FACT! just preliminary dd.

I was wondering why you can't deposit them in the most common trading accounts? Wouldn't that help the investors to average down and build a better relationship with the company?.. Just saying?
