Between Dec 31, 2020 and March 31, 2021 500 million shares were dumped into last March rally. You did not find this out til May 17, 2021 in the 1st Quarter 2021 ER filing. No coincidence app release date is over a week before March 31, Q4 filing deadline. You will likely see a massive bump in Authorized to accommodate "Cowboy Clive" on next ER.......March 31! Benny is on record stating bump to 5 Billion and "HE IS ALWAYS RIGHT".
