NO.. They earn .49 cents per share. The stock is worth AT LEAST 15x based on the LOWEST PE Ratio I can find. So basically $7 bucks if being super conservative, but $20 or more would put this in line w other minors. This will all be taken care of once this uplists to Nasdaq.
