A few interesting facts about NBIO and the share structure: The public float for NBIO is about 19.12 million shares, this represents about 17.75 % of the total number of outstanding shares. So 82.25 % of the shares are not free trading. Of those 19.12 million shares (public float), I could easily see half (50 %) of those shares being held with investors who are not interested in selling and continue to hold. I would be included in this camp. That would leave less than 9 % of the public float that might actually be available to trade. I always knew that this was tightly held, but looking at the numbers just reinforces this fact. And by the way, the Lorios are the 3rd largest investor currently holding 7.28 million shares.
