It is a toxic note with $142K taken right off the top, a 70% discount to the PPS when the principle gets converted (and it will), and has 22M shares tacked on that are essentially free considering the $0.0001 strike price. The $1M in cash will be used to pay themselves.

I swear I’ll never use the phrase “you can’t make this stuff up” ever again after being on the OTC. Apparently you can.
