It seems like to qualify, they'd need to do a very drastic 1 for 50 reverse split. We'd have about 1 million shares, a huge spread, and no volume at all. A float of 500,000 shares perhaps. I wouldn't complain at all!

But even that may present a problem for liquidity and be a disqualifying factor in and of itself to uplist. Not sure. They might need a higher price than this before doing a reverse split. I'm not sure, but I'm sure their lawyers know and understand much better.

Either way, that makes this price even more special right now. I don't see a downside to parking money here.
