My heart sank when I read this and I thought the old fella had moved on from the planet. He was no longer useful to them most likely and the kids had discovered just how many tens of millions have been grifted since 2006 from Her parents. How devastating for his children to see a Father absolutely pummeled and humiliated at the end of his life by Stem Cell carpet baggers.

Well this is 100% indication the market can expect more lying and half truths from the head quarters of rental desk Nirvana.

Exactly what is the Chairman of the Boards Job? Does he talk about the $13m in debt and the shareholder loss of 99.78% since inception? Exactly what business does this company do if the FDA shut it down and Miguel gave all assets to Spin Doctor and BoD kid? It’s last patent expired in 2014 so it has no IP. So what is the next step with owing $13m?

Yeah - sad as hell that a guy of Murphy's pedigree fell for a grifter con like Miguel. Just a total WTF head shaker ???

Murphy might of had his flaws - but the guy did a lot of good, he saved lives clear back in the damn Korean war and more.

THEN- he crossed paths with this never ending total SCAM !!

I guess thank god that his family may have finally stepped in and just put a stop to this bullshit - of Miguel milking the guy for endless cash and conning him as the smooth talker.

My "guess" is Dr Murphy's time on this earth may be short - he may very well be seriously ill for all we know. I saw a photo from a few yrs back and he already looked real frail and stuff. I mean 98 yrs old or whatever- he's lasted waaaay past the averages.

Sad for the Murphy family - as to Miguel, I have zero sympathy for that POS and same for Comella and whatever befalls those to serial grifter cons and who butchered how many innocent lives, blinding elder ladies and god knows what else we don't even know about !

I hope old man Murphy can find some peace in whatever yrs he has left and stay the hell clear of the Miguel clown show. Hopefully as you said, his family has finally stepped in and is going to shield and protect the guy in his last years on this earth !!
