What fantasy world do you live in?? You are in no position to make accusations and threats about people who speak freely about a company and their investment in said company on an internet forum. It truly reveals how small and misguided your thinking actually is. The SEC may make examples of a few random traders that get too mouthy on Twitter, but that's even a stretch. The oversight they have over securities, especially when it comes to policing stinky pinks like AXXA, is virtually non-existent. For all most level-headed investors know, the SEC is enabler to the Market Maker manipulation, short selling antics, and securities fraud that takes place in today's market. To think anything else is simply naive.
