Earning always miss by $0.01 so that's what I expect. If analysts wanted to be accurate, they would lower their forecast by one penny and then the earnings would meet - but that is not the game they want to play.

The earnings are not important. The future depends on CCS/Hydrogen policy. It seems that the latest words of 'Clean Energy' (vs. 'Green Energy) in Washington are very encouraging! 'Clean' means CCS for those paying attention!
