What is he doing out of his fiduciary responsibility?

What has he misled people of?

How has HE manipulated it?

Hey I HATE that we are in this position, but so far, I do not see ANYTHING he has done to mislead, or misinform anyone of.

He is in process of cleaning up some shares then he can file the new Form 10. We are waiting on that.

What am I missing here?
