So, what they are effectively doing is that they give us the stock dividend restricted; one share of Equity Art for every share in HERB. And then they will tell us, in the audited filings what Equity Art actually contains, together with a NAV?

See, they have to get that dividend out of the way. They can't file audited financials until they do.
