$OILCF... A LOT has changed in the last 6 weeks. Our stock is Waaaaayyyy more attractive than it was then due to oil prices, the regulatory environment of the U.S, and the interests of the oil majors who are looking at being pretty flush with cash. Soooo, now some folks who weren’t in, want to be in, and they wanted to pay less. They made some calls, getting in cheaper now, and everyone will soon be happy.
