I wish I had an honest answer to your question. Someone slapped the ask 2x today most recently at .0083 when only 10k shares showing. And the ask immediately lowered to .008. If the SEC witnessed this, someone would be in big trouble. The ask should be pushing .009 right now. Simple dirty manipulation by market makers. $$$JNSH$$$
