I consider this pr infuriating.

3 months ago (december of 2021), our straight-shooter ceo published the following:

"Mexus is currently in good faith negotiations with a mining/exploration company for one of its three properties. We expect to have an agreement by January 7th, 2022." added CEO Paul Thompson.

Today, three months later, PT publishes this:

"The company is in a good position right now as we are producing gold and are also speaking to potential JV partners."

What happened to the January 7 agreement? It was purportedly with a particular potential partner. Now we're back to "we are also speaking to potential JV partners."

"Good position right now". PT has been repeating this for lo now 5 years. Every time he's asked, we're always in "a good position now". He was saying this when the pps was 50 times higher than it is now.

And finally, why can he not specify the amount of gold sold? Why do we continually get non-financial terms such as "good position", "the future of mexus has never looked brighter", etc., but NEVER any figures?

The situation reeks and smells of poor gold production and a CEO that, frankly, is a failure.

When are we going to be given actual figures? And if we're not (which has been the case for a couple of years now), what are the implications?
