WOW CJ! THE MB Wolves POUNCED on the news like it's the end, which they know it's NOT! There was a lot of bad misinformation being pushed out on the boards!

This was only a "PRELIMINARY" Injunction to hold up the merger for now while they work this out! Otherwise the merger would of taken place last week and why the conference was canceled on 2 MAR!

Alpha/Frank will continue to fight.

https://www.investopedia.com/terms/i/injunction.asp

The three main instances of an injunction are restraining orders, preliminary (temporary) injunctions, and permanent injunctions.
Understanding Injunctions
Restraining orders and preliminary injunctions are typically issued early in a legal action when the court agrees that doing so may prevent harmful actions committed by a defendant in the future.

They will settle on a number soon otherwise Hovendick will lose everything having worthless shares AGAIN and Frank doesn’t want to lose this outstanding merger with VeeMost Technology Inc. already profitable in a hot multi-billion $$$$$$$ cyber security sector! Frank is the owner and has full control of the JPEX Shell!

Frank just had a HUGE win with reducing the PRDL OS last week around 40%! He just tried to offer Hovendick something but he's greedy and wants all them Preferred B's! IMSO they will come to a settlement agreement and then the merger takes place!

All the best,
R2R
