Good Judge panel, judges had issues with both sides. They hammered worlds for broadness and failure to discuss novelty and why specifically this is a new better way to do it. Not happy about how the patent was written.
Judges hammered Activision for lack of evidence and expert reports stating why it was not novel or new.

Both sides got hammered by the female judge for lack of supporting their case.
