Exactly .. immaterial information .. and anything forward looking is neither material or immaterial as it hasn’t happened and as it so often happens these folks with the so called insider information are just plain wrong about their forecast for the future as we have seen plenty of times since 2019. .. and I’m sure guys have seen it go on much longer.
