I think its a long seller who's badly in need of cash. This is a major shareholder who wants out. Why? Who knows. But he/she/it is killing the corporation for sure. Market cap is below the potiential tax asset. This will kill the company for sure. When a major shareholder dumps like this (we could be trading $2) it ususally means the end.
