Look at more of the history on this one to learn about the shares coming.

Looks like Terry has finished baru paperwork, plans and shareholder correspondence. Hopefully he will move on to providing BRNE updates and plans.
He is suppose to be in Indonesia now, hopefully he is working on our deals and securing partners.

Then I would expect a fund raise to start the projects. I would expect they ride the coattails of what baru is doing as a complimentary mining operation. As an early stage operation they need to create good news/hype to keep investors interested. The lithium hook should work because it has been found in the areas baru is going to mine. Indonesia is a good low cost area to mine so raising enough money should not be an issue here.

This is all my opinion of how I have seen these very junior miners work to develop operations and keep cash coming in to fund everything.
