I'm not an insider, just guessing, but I do believe we are waiting for the Shell Warning to be dropped. The letter from the lawyer said they are no longer a Shell risk, something to that order, and I suspect we are seeing things pick up because they have had success and are just waiting for the warning to come off, if I'm right that will be the starting gun. Again, I am just guessing, it's a hunch.
