If you have some extra cash laying around and can qualify for the offering the return is not too bad but once again on the backs of the retail trader. Offering is $.001 with last AS up 50M = $50,000 to $MSTO which is chump change in the greater scheme of things. The return to the 50M investor at $.0025 = $125,000
