Cecil’s current compensation is an accurate representation of his value to this company!
It’s quite possible he relying on Jason Lame or Gallagher to get in the door with big oil. You have to wonder why these “development partners” haven’t jumped all over AOT , especially since QS have seemingly fixed it.
