Now here's the tricky part...2018 is before 2019 where it says they acquired BioAmber. Right above that - it says they were ACQUIRED by KKR. So let's now hear how those 2 identical words ACQUIRED don't mean the same thing. Keep in mind PwC forecasted fees for "the sale of the Company" you know like an acquisition. The question is why hasn't it been announced? Didn't L Rosen tell one of the class action members their broker would be calling them about a settlement??? Settlement checks comes from Strategic Claims...whats settlement is coming from the brokers??? Tough lesson cmon!
